No Bake Chocolate Cheese Cake


Malem-malem kok lagi libur gini bingung mau ngapain…, film Korea lagi tunggu tayang episode berikutnya..?? jadi ngapain..nah tadi inget masih punya Cream cheese, tadinya mau bikin Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake, tapi kayanya musti serius…halah cari yang gampang deh…

 

 

 

 

 

Resep didapat dari Tasty Kicthen disana ada gambar step by step nya….jadi percaya deh ga bakal salah, dan ini gampang banget… (cerita tentang “pemalesan)..

 

 

No bake  Chocolate Cheese Cake  by Anna “Crunchy Creamy Sweet”

 

Ingredients

  • Crust

  • 7 oz. crushed Biscoff cookies ( or graham crackers )

  • 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 c butter, melted

  • Filling:

  • 2 pkg ( 16 oz. ) cream cheese, softened

  • 3 3/4 oz. or 3/4 c powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 5 1/4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

  • 5 1/4 oz. semisweet chocolate chopped

  • 1 c + 1 Tbsp. ( 1/2 pint ) whipping cream

  • additional cocoa powder for dusting

  • candied lime peel for garnish ( optional )

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together cookie crumbs, cocoa powder and butter. Stir until all combined.
  2. Press firmly onto the bottom of a spring form pan. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese for 1 minute, until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat again. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
  4. Melt chocolate over a double boiler. Let cool slightly.
  5. With your mixer on slow speed, add the chocolate, pouring slowly.
  6. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in gently to chocolate and cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. When the cheesecake is set, run a sharp knife around the edge to loosen from the pan.
  10. Gently open the latch and release the cheesecake.
  11. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish.

 

 

Notes
