Hershey’s Chocolate Cake ala WieK

 

Bahan :

1 1/2 Cup Gula

1 3/4 Cup Terigu serbaguna

1 Cup Hershey’s Chocolate Powder (aku pake 3/4 cup Tulip Bordeaux + 1/2 cup Tulip Noir)

1 1/2 sdt Baking Powder

1 sdt Baking Soda

1 sdt Garam

1 Cup Fresh Milk (susu UHT)

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil (minyak sayur)

2 butir Telur segar

1 sdt vanila essens

1 panci air mendidih

 

 

Cara membuat :

*siapkan 2 buah loyang bulat ukuran 18, olesin mentega, lalu beri alas kertas roti, sisihkan.

*panaskan oven suhu 170 dercel / 350F.

Aduk bersama gula, tepung, coklat, baking powder, baking soda dan garam dalam mangkuk besar. 

Tambahkan telur, susu, minyak dan vanili, kocok pada kecepatan sedang dari mixer selama 2 menit. 

Lalu pindahkan mangkok, letakkan di atas panci berisi air mendidih, aduk2 sampai adonan menjadi ringan dan sedikit encer (adonan akan tipis). — saya mixer kecepatan 1 selama 2-3 menit saja–

Lalu Tuang adonan ke dalam 2 buah loyang bulat ukuran 18cm. 

Panggang di suhu 170 dercel selama 20-30 menit *lakukan test tusuk*

Angkat, balikkan diatas rak kawat, biarkan dingin.

 

 

PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE” CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients :

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine

2/3 cup HERSHEY’S Cocoa

3 cups powdered sugar

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency.

Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. About 2 cups frosting.
