Peanut Butter Blondie Chocolate Chips

Meramaikan Group FB NCC, yang sedang mengadakan Culinary Event..yaitu Brownies Week, saya mencoba tanya pada tante Pinterest resep Brownies dengan persediaan yang ada di dapur…setelah posting saya dapet deh badge nya….Yiaaay Badge Orange…

Ceritanya sore tadi pengen bikin camilan, lalu lihat bahan-bahan yang ada pas banget kalo harus bikin Blondie…Brownies yang resepnya ga ada cokelat di dalamnya…

tapi daripada sepi ga ada cokelat akhirnya nyari resep di pinterest yang adaaaa laaaah sedikit potongan coklatnya…

Peanut Butter Blondie Choco Chips

Ingredients :

1/2 stick unsalted butter (margarine)
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 & 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (tidak pakai, margarine nya sudah asin)
1 egg
Milk chocolate chips (recipe called for milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips) (1 batang Silverqueen almond chunky bar, potong kecil sedang)

Steps to peanut butter/chocolatey goodness.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish (loyang 30×10)

1. Melt the butter and the brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring constantly until you have a thick, creamy mixture. Remove from heat and immediately mix in the peanut butter until melted completely.

Set aside to cool. (I put mine in the fridge because I am impatient.)

2. While the sugar mixture is cooling, combine all of your dry ingredients in your large mixing bowl.

3. Once sugar mixture is cooled, add one egg. Mix together and then combine with the dry ingredients. Mix on low until fully combined.

4. Fold in chocolate chips. You’ll notice I didn’t give you a measurement for this. It calls for 1/4 cup. I probably ended up using about half to 3/4 by the end. Fold in as many chocolate chips as you’d like. I believe their should be no limitations to the amount of chocolate consumed. (Remember to save some for the top of the cookie bars.)

 

5. Spread out evenly in your baking dish and then add chocolate chips to the top.

6. Bake for 25 minutes.

Voila!

 

Seharusnya blondie berwarna coklat terang, karena palm sugar yang berwarna coklat muda, tapi tadi si palm sugarnya berwarna coklat tua karena judulnya “Gula Aren/Palm Sugar” …yang jelas sensasi peanut butter nya dan coklat terasa enak.
