Chocolate Cheesecake Peanut Butter Brownies


Iseng yang berbuntut panjang…kakak mau yang manis-manis, brownies mau kak…? mau..lalu buka website kepunyaan Kara….tergiurlah oleh brownies yang berjudul panjang ini…dan tiba-tiba kepikiran untuk ikutan culinary event Brownielicious di NCC Jakarta Timur…ini resepnya..sementara masih pakai bahasa asalnya..nanti kalau sudah tenang saya coba terjemahkan

Chocolate Cheesecake Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

 

 

Ingredients:

For Brownie Layer (A)
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into 1/2 inch squares
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup all purpose flour

 

 

Directions:

For Brownie Layer
Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 9-inch square metal baking pan with non stick cooking oil.
Stir chocolate and butter in medium saucepan over low heat until smooth. Then cool for 10 minutes. Using electric mixer, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl until fluffy (around 3 minutes). Then add chocolate mixture to egg mixture on low speed. Follow with flour and salt. Spread batter in bottom of pan.

 

 

For Cheesecake Layer (B)
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2  eggs
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tblsp heavy whipping cream
2 tblsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips

 

Directions:

For Cheesecake Layer
Beat peanut butter, cream cheese and vanilla in bowl until smooth. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in cream and then flour. Transfer 1/3 cup cheesecake batter to small bowl and set aside. Spread remaining cheesecake batter over brownie layer in pan.

Place chocolate in small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on low in 10-second intervals until chocolate begins to melt, stir until smooth. Mix chocolate into reserved 1/3 cup cheesecake batter. Drop chocolate batter by heaping spoonfuls on top of cheesecake layer. Using chopstick or thin knife, swirl chocolate batter in figure-eight type pattern through white cheesecake layer.

Bake brownies about 35 minutes, or until edges of cheesecake layer are puffed and center is set (check with toothpick). Cool brownies in pan. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

Cut brownies into squares. Yields about 25 brownies.

Japanese Doll Cake


Dulu ketika di bandung musim club, kompetisi balapan dan konser-konser…saya termasuk rajin ikutan, nah dengan Wetty saya berkenalan di club ini, 2008 saya masuk FB ..ketemu deh sama doi lewat dunia maya, Dia menikah dengan seorang Jepang, tinggal disana dan dikaruniai 2 anak…. singkat cerita malam-malam berchatting ria soal Photography…terbetik ide saya untuk berchalenge diri  membuat Doll Cake ala Japanese untuk hadiah ulang tahun  “Yukira” putri nya Wetty…haaaah Alhamdulillah di setujui Wetty..
